You agree to use MyU only for lawful educational and administrative purposes.You must not:Violate any applicable laws or regulations.Access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful code.Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other users.Upload content that infringes intellectual property or other legal rights.Use the Platform to distribute spam or unsolicited communications.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Educational Content

Educational institutions and their authorized users are responsible for the content they upload or create on MyU, including assignments, announcements, messages, documents, media, and learning materials.Users must ensure they have the necessary rights to upload any content to the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

MyU and all related software, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and Platform content are owned by or licensed to MyU and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.Except as expressly permitted, you may not:Copy or reproduce the Platform.Modify or create derivative works.Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform.Educational institutions and users retain ownership of the content they upload.

7. Privacy

Your use of MyU is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Platform.Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the applicable educational institution for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event, where applicable.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyU, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:Your misuse of the Platform.Your violation of these Terms.Your infringement of the rights of any third party.

14. Changes to the Platform and Terms

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time.We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.Continued use of MyU after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the contracting MyU entity operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
